Return & Exchange
Eligibility
You must submit your return request within 20 days of receiving your package. No returns will be accepted after 20 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). Meanwhile, we process all returns and refunds within 3-7 business days of receiving the return item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (not removable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you may contact us at service@ainanse.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Questions
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, freebies or gift cards.
Swimwear, which is a type of intimate apparel, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene issues unless the item arrives damaged or defective when delivered to you.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, making sure that all items in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all charges incurred and no refund will be issued.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping and all related charges.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
Final Sale products and accessories cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective when delivered to you. Accessories include jewelry, gloves, handbags, hats, belts, scarves, watches, pins, stockings, leggings, etc.
Exchanges
1. The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to contact Ainanse customer service by email: service@ainanse.com.
There is only one chance to return and exchange, please confirm before returning.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
However, be sure to update the tracking number & carrier in the Returns Center or email us as soon as you ship your return.
We will process all returns and refunds in 3-7 business days, but there may be delays due to limited staff.Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Order Cancellation
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service at service@ainanse.com as soon as you decide to cancel the order.
For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but not shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee.
We will NOT accept order cancellation requests once orders have been shipped.
Additional notes
If it is the case that you don't want the item you bought or you chose the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred. So please double check the product information, especially the size chart, before purchasing. We appreciate your patience.
Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the package is lost or damaged, etc..
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Currently, Ainanse has not authorized any third party for business purposes. Any purchases in any other third party are out of our warranty.
